This low-impact "heart wise' program is geared for people who want to
tone-up, or for specific fitness of hips, legs, arms or other areas.
A perfect year-round program at the Community Pool for you to improve blood circulation, release tension and increase flexibility.
Classes are offered Mondays, Wednesday & Friday mornings from 9:30-10:30 a.m. and in the evenings on Mondays & Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 pm.
