The Finance Department operates under the direction of the Treasurer who reports to the CAO/Clerk and is responsible for all financial matters for the Town.
The Department maintains Financial Records; prepares Reports, Financial Statements and Grant Claims; and is responsible for Budget Preparation, Staff Payroll, Taxation, Sewer/Water Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Taxes: There are two tax billings annually - 4 payments (interim bill is half the taxes paid the previous year). They are billed out the first week of February. Installments due last business day of February and May. The final bill is sent out the first week of August with installments due the last business day of August and November.
Water & Sewer: Water and Sewer bills are due the end of April and October unless otherwise advised.

bring to the reception desk at the Town Hall for enrollment.
Please have forms to the Town Hall by the
10th of the month in order to process in time for the installment
payment on the 15th.
