How far can your feet take you?

As part of the Active 2010 comprehensive strategy the Town of Deep River will be hosting the Active 2010 6x1 Prediction Walk

Walking is an excellent natural exercise that can help you stay healthy and live longer.

The 6 x 1 Prediction Walk is a relay. Each person on a team of six predicts his/her time to walk the route at a comfortable pace. During the relay, one person from the team will hand a baton to the next person. Participants do not have to walk fast to win the event-the closest actual time to the predicted time wins! Have your creative team name ready and leave your watches at home!

"It's not who is fastest but who's most accurate that's important”
