Cross River Swim (Water & Dirt Festival 2023) Saturday, August 19th

The Town of Deep River hosts an annual Cross River Swim, a race where competitors swim almost 2km across the widest part of the Ottawa River. It has been running for 57 years, making the event almost as old as the town itself!

After a brief hiatus, the Cross River Swim, makes its return as part of our Water and Dirt Festival activities

This event is an 2km swim scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 19th beginning at Indian Point at 9:00 am sharp.

Swimmers and spotters must report to Indian Point by 8:45 am for the briefing session.

Registration Deadline is noon on August 11th, 2023

Registration Fee $45.00 (plus HST) Price includes participant meal, t-shirt and event swag
