Hi, I'm Anna. I walk alongside, mostly entrepreneurs/execs/founders, helping folks tune to their nervous system to access more clarity and move in choice and in freedom (response vs. reaction)—the foundation for listening to, and then moving (!), in alignment with Soul Truth—all in service of more aliveness and more joy.

Because it impacts (literally!) everything—it's the "lens" through which we see/feel/experience/sense/interpret the world around us, others, ourselves, everything.

And when you move in regulation—which doesn't mean being calm all the time, it means being able to SHIFT through states, not get too stuck, and return to ventral again and again, and again—it means you also move in choice.
