2026 Water & Sewer Rates
The annual water and sewer rates for 2026 were approved by Council on February 25, 2026.
The annual rate for a residential property is $1,749.24 ($907.08 water; $752.26 Sewer).
If you are on our pre-authorized payment plan this will result in a payment of $151.00 being deducted from your account on the 15th of each month from March to June 2026. Payments of $135.27 were withdrawn in January and February 2026. The Preauthorized payment amounts for July to December 2026 will be $146.00
Water and Sewer bills will be sent out at the end of March 2026.
