Watermain Break (January 24th, 2026)

The watermain repair on Laurentian Street is now complete.

Please ensure to run only the cold water until running clear.

We appreciate the public’s cooperation and patience during the repair process!

UPDATE - January 24th, 2026 5:31 PM: 

The repair to the watermain at Poplar Street and Montcalm Street is now complete. 

Please ensure to run only the cold water until running clear.

Additional resources will be sent to the Laurentian Street watermain break and crews will continue to work until the repair is complete.

Janaury 24th, 2026 1:48 PM: 
We currently have two (2) watermain breaks that are being repaired in the area of:
• Laurentian Street
• Poplar & Montcalm
Crews are going door to door for those directly impacted, notices will be taped to the door if there is no answer.
Crews will remain on site until the breaks are repaired, updates will be posted on the Town website and Facebook page.
Once water is restored, please only run the cold water until clear.
