
The Get W.I.T.H. It (Walk in the Halls) program offers the chance to walk in a warm, safe, and fun environment during the winter months! The program is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No pre-registration required. * drop-ins welcome
In addition to being able to track your steps over time (we will have pedometers available that you can borrow), we are adding a number of fitness "stations" where you can choose to add a little bit of cardio or stretching into your walking routine.
Program runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:30 pm with the exception to December 23rd, Dec 25th, Dec 30th, & Jan 1st for Christmas Holidays and March 17th & 19th during March Break.
Volunteering Opportunity.
The Walk In The Halls Program also relies on volunteers to assist with monitoring attendance and providing information to its participants.
