Grant Opportunities
The Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is a tool the municipality uses to support community revitalization and achieve economic, community planning, and urban development goals by encouraging private-sector investment.
The Planning Act allows municipalities to offer financial incentives, such as grants or loans, to help cover the cost of eligible community improvement work and achieve community improvement goals. A variety of grants are available for businesses, property owners, and residents.
