2025 Marina Dock Sale

The Town of Deep River invites Deep River Residents to bid on the sale of Marina Docks.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, IN THEIR ENTIRETY and all items are FINAL SALE.  Bids are only open to Deep River Residents; proof of address will be required prior to payment.  

Docks can be viewed at the Town of Deep River Marina (100 Peir Road, Deep River, Ontario, K0J1P0) from October 22nd to November 2nd, 2025 anytime of day. If you require assistance to view the docks during business hours (Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM) please email mremus@deepriver.ca and jpace@deepriver.ca.  

All docks are labelled A-K (boardwalk dock sections) and 1-11 (dock fingers) please correspond these numbers to each bid amount (see pages 2-8 of the bid package for dock numbers, photos & measurements).

Bid Sheet is found in the bid package (link below) and also available at Town Hall, if you choose not to use a bid sheet, please ensure you include the all of following information with your bid:

  • Dock
  • Bid Amount
  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Signature

All docks must be picked up by November 20th, 2025 at 12:00 PM from the Deep River Marina. 

Sealed Bids will be received only in person at Town Hall (100 Deep River Road) until 12:00 PM on November 3rd, 2025, addressed to:
