RFQ: Tree Removal 2025

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS: TREE REMOVAL

The Town of Deep River is seeking quotations for removal of trees in various locations throughout the Town.

Submissions must include:

• Proof of WSIB Insurance
• $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance
• Proposed timelines including completion date

A mandatory meeting will be held on Friday August 29^th at 10:45 AM. Please confirm your attendance by emailing hward@deepriver.ca or calling 613-584-2000 ext. 127.  Please arrive at the Deep River Public Works yard located at 1 Cedar Road, Deep River, Ontario prior to 10:45 AM. A list of trees to be removed and tree locations will be provided at the mandatory meeting.

Deadline for submissions: Friday September 5^th, 2025, at 4:00 PM.

• E-mail submission must be sent to both slapping@deepriver.ca and hward@deepriver.ca and include all components in the e-mail submission and the subject line should read “Tree Removal Submission 2025”.
• In person submissions can be delivered to the Deep River Town Hall, 100 Deep River Road, Deep River, Ontario, K0J 1P0. Submissions should be in a sealed envelope marked "ATTN: Hannah Ward; Tree Removal Submission 2025.
