SFC Seniors Active Living Fair

Seniors Active Living Fair The SFC's Seniors Active Living Fair will be taking place Thursday, September 29 from 10 am until 2 pm at the Deep River Legion. The fair is developed in partnership between the Older Adults Centres’ Association of Ontario (OACAO) and the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility (MSAA) with a focus on activities that reduce social isolation, support seniors’ mental health, promote active and healthy living, offer social engagement opportunities, highlight partnerships, independence and learning for seniors. There will be speakers, exhibitors, demonstrations, and even a fashion show. Everyone, including family members and care partners, are encouraged to attend this free event. Bistro 86 will be providing the healthy snacks for our fair. You won't want to miss it!
