Ready to meet some new people? Or perhaps learn something new about the neighbours you do know? Join this social mix n' mingle where you'll have the chance to converse with local community members in a structured format, followed by a catered lunch. Come alone or bring a friend - all are welcome!

Fall 2026 Programming 55+

PickleFit is a low-impact workout that focuses on strength training, core conditioning, agility, and balance training. PickleFlow is a mobility class, focused on improving range of motion, balance, and agility. No weights will be used.

Both classes can be modified to suit all fitness levels, and you don't need to be a Pickleball enthusiast to join - everyone can benefit from these one-hour classes!

No registration required, simply sign in when you arrive at Baila Studio.

Alternating Fridays 9:30-10:30am, starting with PickleFlow September 11 - December 11.

Join re.Planted in creating a beautiful floral arrangement in a hollowed out pumpkin. Perfect for Fall decor, or to give away to someone special. No experience required, all materials provided.

Please note, this is one of our 5 "limited" events this Fall. We are asking members to please self-select 2 "limited" events in order to give everyone a chance to participate. If there are still spaces available one week away from the event, we will advertise the open seats.
