October 5th 2026, October 19th 2026, November 2nd 2026, November 16th 2026, November 30th 2026

Join us for this Wellness Series designed to enhance physical, social, emotional and mental wellbeing through guided functional breathing practices that help slow your breath cycles, expand lung capacity and function, and support jaw and tongue posture. Through this interactive series you’ll learn practical tools that can be implemented within daily activities to strengthen your independence and reduce stress. Experience the many benefits of restoring functional rhythm to the respiratory and pelvic diaphragms with practices that help improve breath control and coordination; boost immunity and aid digestion; strengthen heart rate variability and stamina; encourage circulation and pelvic floor health; and promote vitality, deep relaxation and sleep quality. All are welcome, prior experience not necessary.

Attending all sessions is encouraged, but not mandatory. Learnings from each session will build upon the next, with individual support available throughout the series. Can be practiced from your choice of seated, reclined and/or standing.

Registration is required - click here to register. (Registration opens September 2)

This program is free for seniors 55+ thanks to funding from the Ontario Government.
