Voter Information Letters Are Now Being Delivered

ATTENTION

VOTERS IN THE TOWN OF DEEP RIVER

Voter Information Letters (VIL’s) have been delivered to Canada Post and will start being delivered to mailboxes during the week of October 3, 2022. The letter contains your Voter Personal Identification Number (PIN), that along with your Date of Birth, will permit you access to the voting system via any touch-tone telephone or device with access to the internet.

Voter Information Letters are intended for voting by the individual only to whom the letter is addressed. Town of Deep River Electors may cast their votes twenty-four (24) hours per day beginning October 11, 2022 at 8:30 AM, up to and including October 24, 2022 (Voting Day) at 8:00 PM.

If you DO NOT receive a Voter Information Letter (VIL) by October 11, 2022, or if your name or address has changed, or your VIL has any errors please bring your VIL along with your voter identification to the Elections Office at the Town Hall during regular office hours, Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and on October 24, 2022 (Voting Day) 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

If you do not have access to a device during the voting period, or if you require assistance casting your ballot, you may vote in person at the Deep River Town Hall during the posted times on the Voter Information Letter. Election Officials will be available to assist during these times.
