REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

2026 ROAD REHABILITATION  - RFQ # 2026-OPS-03

Submissions: 

Proposals shall be submitted via email by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on May 22nd, 2026. Submissions received after that date and time will not be considered further. All submissions must be in accordance with the requirements stated in this RFQ.

All Submissions shall be directed to the contact persons listed in the RFQ document (RFQ 2026-OPS-03) . 

Any questions or clarification regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be communicated via email to dmccarthy@deepriver.ca by May 15th, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Submissions will not be opened in public and will be posted on our website. Only proponent names will be announced, details including price will not be announced.

NOTE: Should any potential bidders download this Request for Quotation, it is the Proponent's responsibility to check for any Addenda’s which will be posted on the Town website deepriver.ca

Information: 

The proposed works consist of three infrastructure projects within the Town of Deep River:

  • The rehabilitation of a portion of Huron Street and Alder Cres: project limits begin at Rutherford Avenue and extend to Ridge Road; the work then skips the County-owned portion of Ridge Road and continues along Alder Crescent, stopping at Laurier Avenue.
  • The rehabilitation of a portion of Glendale Avenue: project limits begin at Algonquin Street to Hillcrest Avenue. 
  • The rehabilitation of a portion of Banting Drive: project limits begin at Highway 17 (MTO property line) to McElligott. 

These projects are unit-price contracts, and the final invoice will reflect onsite measurements per the established unit prices. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary site layouts, locates, and traffic control throughout the duration of the work at all sites.
