Notice Regarding Tax Agents Operating in Renfrew County

This notice is to advise that a Property Tax Service has been contacting commercial and industrial property owners within Renfrew County.

The Property Tax Service agents are offering to represent property owners in seeking assessment reductions. The standard letter outlines several reasons to encourage participation. If successful, their fee is 40% of the 2026–2027 tax savings, plus HST.

This notice is to let you know the activity is occuring, and if you wish further information you may contact MPAC at 1-866-296-6722.

Please also be advised that MPAC offers a free Request for Reconsideration (RFR) application process, which is available until March 31.
