Seniors Well-Being Series

Join Priscilla from Intentions Wellness on Wednesdays at 1:30pm for experiential and engaging sessions that blend peer dialogue, guided mind-body practices, and tools that nurture connection with self and others. First session is scheduled for Wednesday November 19th and will run for 3 consecutive weeks.
01: Enhance Self-Awareness
Strengthening our awareness supports emotional identification, and help us better understand our limits and personal boundaries. Gain tools that promote presence, self-reflection, and self-regulation.
02: Navigate Stress Proactively
Recognizing we have the ability to interrupt patterns of stress, we’ll discuss the difference between short-term coping and proactive recovery, and explore practical tools for completing the stress cycle. Includes guided breathing practices that encourage relaxation, focus, and resilience.
03: Nurture Connection
Encouraging safe and trusting connections improves the quality of our relationships. Through person centered dialogue and guided mind-body activities, together we’ll nurture our communication skills, encourage brain health, and promote co-regulation practices.
