TENDER FOR THE  
LASALLE DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION 

Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Mr. David McCarthy, Infrastructure & Contract Manager, Town of Deep River, 100 Deep River Road, Deep River, Ontario, until: 

2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME THURSDAY, JULY 28, 2022 

for the reconstruction of Lasalle Drive from Beach Avenue to Banting Drive (a distance of approximately 0.14 km) including ditching, grading, granular subbase and base, hot mix paving, culvert replacement, sanitary sewers, water system, and minor landscaping. 

Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 14th, 2022.   An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved. 

The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract. 

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
