CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF DEEP RIVER CONTRACT NO. 23-5040A TENDER FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF SUMMIT STREET Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Mr. David McCarthy, Infrastructure & Contract Manager, 100 Deep River Road, Deep River, Ontario, K0J 1P0, until: 10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 9, 2023 for the reconstruction of Summit Street from Deep River Road to Algonquin Street (a distance of 240m) including grading, granular base, hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewers improvements and landscape restoration. Tenders will be opened and read publicly after 10:00 a.m. local time on the above date at the Town Office. Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved. The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.
